24 Carrot Diet
Beta carotene, a nutrient found in carrots, is thought to prevent cancer. To increase consumption of this valuable nutrient, eat dark leafy green and yellow-orange fruits and vegetables. Examples include sweet potatoes, spinach, collards, cantaloupe, and apricots.

In a nutshell:
For medical benefits: we are contracted providers for Regence Blue Shield, Blue Cross of Idaho, Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans from other states, Premera, Kaiser Permanente, any many others. We bill these plans when you see us for a medical visit such as an eye infection, glaucoma management, or surgical co-management.
For vision benefits: We accept the above listed plans as well as Ameritas and several others. We are a “non-VSP provider,” but we will file VSP claims for you.
